Villa Tristan Tzara
Tristan Tzara beauftragte Adolf Loos mit dem Entwurf eines Hauses mit Atelier im Jahre 1925. Der Bau wurde zwei Jahre später zu Ende gebracht, wobei er von ständigen Bearbeitungen der architektonischen Pläne begleitet wurde (sehr zu Loos‘ offensichtlichen Missfallen) – es kam beispielsweise nicht zum Bau des sechsten Stocks. Das Interieur mit unterschiedlich hohen Decken enthielt ein ungewöhnliches Allerlei an Materialien und Objekten – Loos verwendete Sperrholz, kombinierte uralte italienische und französische Möbel und die Ausschmückung wurde durch einheimischer Kunst in Verbindung mit surrealistischen Bildern geschaffen. Das Interieur wurde später in einige abgetrennte Wohnungen aufgeteilt. Im Jahre 1975 wurde Tzars Haus zu einem Kulturdenkmal; es ist bis heute bewohnt und ist nicht zugänglich für die Öffentlichkeit.

Tristan Tzara pověřil Adolfa Loose návrhem domu s ateliérem roku 1925. Stavba byla dokončena o dva roky později, přičemž ji provázely neustálé úpravy původních architektových plánů (k jeho značné nelibosti) – nedošlo například ke stavbě šestého patra. Interiér s různě vysokými stropy obsahuje neobvyklou všehochuť materiálů a objektů – Loos zde ve velkém použil překližku, zkombinoval prastarý italský a francouzský nábytek a výzdobu tvořilo domorodé umění ve spojení se surrealistickými obrazy. Interiér byl později rozdělen na několik oddělených bytů. Roku 1975 se Tzarův dům stal kulturní památkou, dodnes je obýván a není přístupný veřejnosti.
Villa Tristan Tzara
Tristan Tzara commissioned Adolf Loos to build a house with an atelier in 1925. The house was finished two years later after many changes of the original project (the architect was not really happy about them). Its interieur contains not only ceilings of different heights but also unusual materials and combinations – plenty of playwood, ancient Italian and French furniture and examples of native art and surrealistic paintings. Maison Tzara, a listed building since 1975, is still inhabited but the interior was divided in a couple of separate flats. Unfortunately, it is not open to the public.
